Representative Resources

Our Standard Commission Rate is 10%.

At the discretion of Fonroche Lighting America, commissions for projects that are specified, sold and/or shipped to different territories are split between the specifying rep, the rep local to the project and the rep whose commercial customer purchases the product. Typically this is 50% Specification/25% Ship to Territory/25% Buyer Territory

The overage policy is 75% to the representative agency and 25% to Fonroche Lighting America, unless Fonroche Lighting America has been asked to reduce its margin/standard sell price for competitive reasons.

There is not minimum order quantity.
